Job Description
I am currently recruiting for a Trainee / Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a main contractor based in London to work on refurbishment & fit out projects within a major London University on projects ranging in value from £5k to £5 million.
Key Duties:
- Assisting the commercial team on all surveying duties such as helping to put together trade packages.
- Assisting with tender returns.
- Helping to put together CVR’s.
- Weekly forecasting.
You will be working alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will be able to work from the office & site.
My client is looking to pay a competitive basic salary plus a benefits package, travel, and pension. The position is looking to start ASAP, but the client is happy to wait if the candidate has a notice period.
