Job Description

Traffic / Resource Manager – Hybrid – London – Up to £40,000pa

We’re working with a very large and leading global creative agency that also offers production and adaptation for global markets – they’re on the hunt for an experienced Traffic Manager to work on a big, new and very busy account. This is a full-time, permanent position based in London, offering a hybrid working arrangement (3 days per week in the office).

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team working on global campaigns for a key account across the EMEA, Americas, and APAC regions. The Traffic / Resource Manager will play a pivotal role in ingesting and dissecting briefs, triaging workstreams, and arranging the appropriate resources across various global creative and production teams that will deliver across digital, social, and video channels. You’ll collaborate closely with all teams, managing briefs into their relevant Project Managers and Producers, as well as keeping track of projects from a workflow perspective and ensuring that every brief is tracked and can be delivered on time and to specification.

If you thrive in high-energy creative and production environments, are incredibly organised, and have a solid understanding of digital and broadcast channels (CRM / emails, digital ads, social videos, and more), this role could be the perfect fit!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dissect and triage briefs.
  • Manage resource allocation, including freelancers where required, ensuring all projects are delivered on time.
  • Collaborate closely with the Production Director (PD) and key stakeholders across agencies.
  • Ensure all briefs are clear, complete, and effectively translated into actionable tasks.

Core Skills and Behaviours:

  • Proven experience in traffic/ workflow/ resource management in a creative or/and production environment .
  • Strong understanding of a variety of digital and broadcast output , with 70% of the work focusing on CRM, emails, and video content.
  • Ability to manage and align resources across a large agency working with various different global teams and departments, as well as external freelancers.
  • Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Proactive and solutions-focused, with the ability to push back on unclear briefs when needed.
