About the Role: For a fixed period of 12 months, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Architect to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance across a range of complex projects and services.
You will play a key role in defining and implementing the technical vision and roadmap for many elements of our organization, ensuring that our technology solutions align with our business objectives and support our future growth.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect with a strong understanding of various technologies and architectures
- Industry Best Practices: experienced in applying and aligning to ITIL, Prince2, TOGAF, Archimate
- Deep expertise in multiple technical domains, including but not limited to:
- Enterprise-scale IT: technologies that drive a modern-day large-scale enterprise (5000+ users)
- Service Desk: ITSM platform (ServiceNow)
- EUC: end point devices, end point platform management (inTune, SCCM)
- Apps: CRM, ERP, HCM, Finance, Payroll, Development Environments
- Servers: public, private, cloud
- Network: WAN, LAN, WLAN, Switches, Routers, Firewalls, SD-WAN (Palo Alto, Meraki, Cisco)
- Storage: SAN, Back-up (VEEAM, Cisco, HP)
- Cloud: MS Azure
- Cyber Security: IPS / IDS, SIEM, XDR, AV, NIST, ISO27001
- Data Science: MS Data Fabric, Data Bricks, LLMs
- Automation: RPA, iPaaS, Low Code / No Code development (MS Power Platform)
