This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing restaurant brand with a strong presence across the UK and Internationally. With a network of 100+ locations and plans to scale further, they are investing in streamlining operations to ensure a more efficient and scalable supply chain.

As Supply Chain & Distribution Manager, you will be responsible for optimising and managing distributor relationships, ensuring on-time, in-full deliveries, and improving operational efficiencies. This role will play a key part in professionalising the supply chain function as the business prepares for its next growth phase.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and improve distributor performance - track KPIs, hold suppliers to account, and streamline processes
  • Ensure franchise partners receive best-in-class service - act as the point of escalation for stock and availability issues
  • Monitor distributor stock levels - de-risk supply chain and improve availability
  • Optimise demand planning - ensure the right stock levels for peak trading periods
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities - reduce costs for both the brand and franchisees

The Successful Candidate

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to be analytical, structured, and commercially minded, with a strong background in supply chain and distribution management.

  • 3-4 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or procurement
  • Strong distributor management experience - ideally with major foodservice distributors (e.g. Bidfood, Brakes)
  • Advanced Excel skills - able to build reports, track KPIs, and drive data-led decisions
  • Calm, solutions-focused approach - able to hold suppliers to account and drive improvements
  • Experience in franchise, QSR, foodservice, or FMCG environments is highly desirable
  • Proven stakeholder management skills - able to influence internal and external teams
