Site Manager (Nights)

Location: Projects Around North West
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £300 p/shift (Mon-Thurs, 4 shifts per week)

Company Overview: I am working with a large privately owned contractor that specializes in fit-out, maintenance, and refurbishments across a variety of sectors. The company has recently won a contract refurbishing offices across the UK on night shifts and is looking for a manager to oversee back-to-back DWP projects in the North West, with more local work following on the same contract.

The Role

They are looking for an experienced site manager to manage the day-to-day operations and ensure the smooth running of the project, while reporting to a visiting Project Manager. You will be accustomed to customer-facing roles and managing multiple trades.

Shifts: 4 Shifts per Week, Mon-Thurs, 5pm-5am.

Minimum Requirements: Suitable candidates must have SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness qualifications.
