Job Description

Site Manager required immediately to oversee a large Kitchen and Bathroom Social Housing Contract in the Manchester Trafford area.

Managing a section of internal works, the ideal candidate will be monitoring a Kitchen and Bathroom Programme on behalf of the client. Work will consist of upgrades within occupied housing. The ideal candidate should come from a decent homes background or similar and be able to work well under pressure.

1. SMSTS
2. Asbestos Awareness
3. First Aid
4. CSCS card
