Site Managers Who Can Build… Without Losing Their Minds!

Are you a Site Manager who can keep a project on track, dodge flying coffee cups, and somehow still have a sense of humor? Then we need you!

Bridgeman Recruitment Services is on the hunt for two battle-hardened (ahem, experienced) Site Managers for new build apartment developments—one in Greater Manchester and another in Merseyside.

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It):

  1. Take a project from mud pit to masterpiece
  2. Keep subcontractors in check (herding cats might be easier)
  3. Survive 18 months on-site without losing your hard hat

What You Need to Apply:

  1. Experience in new build residential projects (yes, actually finishing them!)
  2. Valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid – because safety first!
  3. The ability to hit the ground running (not literally, please)

Salary: £45,000 – £50,000 (DOE) | Permanent Role

If you can handle tight deadlines, occasional weather tantrums, and the joy of handovers, we want to hear from you!

Drop me a message before someone else steals your dream site.
