Senior Validation Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Validation Engineer to join a dynamic and growing company within the communications industry.

Key Responsibilities as the Senior Validation Engineer;

• Conduct lab-based testing of RF, high-speed semiconductor, and optical components.
• Collaborate on the design and development of validation solutions for new products.
• Prepare detailed validation reports and documentation.
• Utilize test equipment automation software such as Python or LabView.

Requirements as the Senior Validation Engineer,

• 6+ years of experience in a validation or similar role.
• Proficiency with bench test equipment.
• Expertise in test automation software, including Python, LabView, or Matlab.
• Knowledge of high-speed signal integrity and schematic layout using Altium.
• A degree in Engineering or a related discipline.

This role requires on-site work 4–5 days per week due to the hands-on nature of the position.
