Job Description
Senior Commercial Manager – Main Contractor, Manchester
A Main Contractor specialising in the residential development market is looking to appoint a Senior Commercial Manager to support the growth of their business across the North West region. Delivering high specification high density residential apartment schemes, PBSA and BTR schemes, they are building a strong pipeline of projects. As a result, they are looking for a Senior Commercial Manager to lead the commercial function of the business, supporting Commercial leads on projects ranging from £30-50m to larger £100m+ projects.
You will have proven experience in a Senior Commercial Management role, managing a team of Quantity Surveyors, working for a Main Contractor, and strong construction experience of delivering Residential projects from PCSA to Final Accounts. Strong client and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to nurture and manage strong relationships with the supply chain and subcontractors are essential.
