Senior Associate - Real Estate Asset Management

The role

The Senior Associate / Associate will play a key role in driving performance across the asset and portfolio lifecycle — from acquisition and development through to stabilisation.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead portfolio level investment and asset management initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
2. Develop investment recommendations and presentations based on commercial insights.
3. Manage asset business plans, operating budgets, and financial performance.
4. Provide financial analysis on asset development and operations to guide senior leadership and investors.
5. Lead stakeholder communication, engaging with investors, lenders, and customers.
6. Work cross-functionally with teams across investments, finance, operations, and development.

Skills & Experience required:

1. 5+ years in commercial real estate, asset management, or development.
2. Data centre or large logistics asset experience is preferred.
3. Strong financial modelling ability, proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint.
4. Ability to present insights effectively to senior stakeholders.
5. Analytical mindset with a track record of driving asset performance.
