The Company

Our client is a mid-sized (20 designers) SW London-based luxury residential design studio that works on incredible projects for private clients. They tailor the design to the client’s requirements and are forward-thinking in their approach.

They also offer a build service, where they utilize their own contractors to deliver the project on-site.

As well as making sure their clients are happy, they also have a real focus on keeping their staff happy. They have a low staff turnover (they still have their first-ever employee who joined 20+ years ago), every person in the company has a voice/input to the design, and there is a real family feel among the staff.

In 2022, the company made almost £10,000 in charitable donations, which aligns with their values as a studio.

Requirements

• Experience working as an Architect on high-end, private residential projects
• Qualified architect and ARB registered
• Experience on UK projects and good knowledge of UK building regulations
• A good communicator and able to collaborate with colleagues, consultants, clients, etc.
• Site experience would be a huge benefit
• AutoCAD proficiency (Revit is a bonus but not essential)
• A good designer but is also technically strong

Salary and Package

£55,000 – £65,000 + Bonus
