Are you an experienced Engineering Leader within a FMCG environment? Are you passionate about Engineering and developing your career? Do you have proven Reliability/PM Engineering experience within FMCG?
MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Reliability Engineering Manager. This is a perm role based in Leeds.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate on weekly/daily meetings for workload prioritisation.
- Coach and develop your team to ensure capability optimisation.
- Implement predictive maintenance tasks to optimise equipment reliability.
- Recommend changes to PPM tasks for continuous process improvement.
- Actively participate in major repair projects.
- Develop reliability techniques and processes to deliver improvements.
- Deliver 100% compliance of scheduled PPM through CMMS system.
- Propose and implement improvements/innovations.
- FMCG experience essential.
- Previous experience with CMMS systems.
- Educated in an engineering discipline – Level 3 or above.
- Experience with Preventative Maintenance and Reliability.
- Experience leading a team.
- High degree of computer literacy.
