Role Description:
- Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of real estate projects, from initial planning to final delivery.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure projects meet client objectives and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring alignment with company standards and client expectations.
- Manage procurement of contractors, suppliers, and services while ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or risks that may impact timelines, scope, or budget.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards throughout the project.
