Real Estate & FM Procurement Manager, Role Responsibilities:

• Own end-to-end procurement for real estate and FM, leading category strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Drive high-value sourcing projects , ensuring optimal commercial and risk management outcomes.
• Work cross-functionally to optimise spend, service delivery, and operational efficiency across global real estate portfolios.
• Engage with executive-level stakeholders , ensuring alignment between procurement strategy and business goals.

Real Estate & FM Procurement Manager, Required Background:

• Strong procurement expertise in real estate & FM, with experience leading large-scale sourcing projects.
• Proven negotiation skills , able to drive supplier value beyond cost savings.
• Strategic mindset , with the ability to influence at the highest levels.
• Global experience is highly desirable but not essential.
