Job Description
Quantity Surveyor – RC Frame & Groundworks
Location: Northwest London
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 + Package / Benefits (LTD or PAYE)
About the Company:
Our client is a leading UK-based construction company specialising in reinforced concrete frames and groundwork packages. The company has a turnover of over £150 million per annum with project values ranging from £5m – £40m. Their expertise spans a wide range of Civil, Infrastructure, Commercial, and Residential projects.
About the Role:
Due to healthy order books and company expansion, there is a need for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the Commercial Department on projects ranging from £5m – £20m. As the Quantity Surveyor, you will be responsible for assisting with the management of costs with an end goal of maximising the project profit margin and ensuring delivery of payment while developing future client relationships.
About the Requirements:
- Demonstrable skills developed with a civil engineering or RC Frame and groundwork contractor.
- Degree educated within Quantity Surveying.
- 3+ years experience within Quantity Surveying.
About the Benefits and Rewards:
Salary range of £60,000 to £80,000 per annum. Packages include:
