Projects & Energy Associate | 3+ PQE | London

A highly regarded UK law firm is seeking an Associate (3+ PQE) to join its Projects & Energy team in London. This team is at the forefront of major infrastructure, energy, transport, and construction projects , advising both government and private sector clients on complex, high-value matters.

The Role

Due to a strong pipeline of work, this opportunity offers exposure to a wide range of projects, including:

1. Renewable energy and energy transition projects
2. Major infrastructure and transport developments
3. Construction and procurement strategies
4. Project financing and risk management
5. Contract negotiations

This role involves working closely with some highly experienced partners while also collaborating with other leaders across the firm.

Who We’re Looking For

1. 3+ years’ PQE with experience in energy, infrastructure, construction, or transport projects
2. Strong drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills
3. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
4. Ability to manage complex transactions independently while working collaboratively within a high-performing team
5. Prior experience in a projects team or in-house environment
