Job Description

A dynamic and reputable contractor is looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their Special Works Division. This team manages projects from start to finish, focusing on quality and long-term client relationships rather than turnover. With £11m secured for the year and a target of £12m, it’s an exciting time to join.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage two live projects and one tender project at a time
  2. Handle projects up to £3m, with most ranging from £500k – £1.5m
  3. Work across CAT A & B fit-outs, high-end residential, and leisure (no new builds)
  4. Prepare estimates and manage costs throughout project lifecycles
  5. Use MS Suite, Asta programming, SharePoint, Excel, and BlueBeam

Requirements:

  1. Experience in both estimating and quantity surveying
  2. Background in fit-out, high-end residential, or commercial projects
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
  4. Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
