Overview
We’re seeking two experienced Project Managers with strong consultancy backgrounds and a track record of success in permanent roles to lead the delivery of a greenfield service transformation initiative. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a large-scale project, building a modern, ITIL-aligned service organisation from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities
- Service Readiness : Manage the preparation of 30+ applications and data services to ensure they are ready for acceptance into the new service organisation.
- Technology Transformation : Work alongside service architects, third parties, and internal teams to deliver new technical services, including infrastructure, cloud migration, data centre upgrades, and application transitions.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Collaborate with client SMEs, integrated teams, and service integrators to deliver smooth transitions and align on service operations goals.
- Service Implementation : Oversee the development and implementation of new operating models (TOMs) and processes to support the modernised service landscape.
- Project Leadership : Drive workstreams across multiple areas, including networks, infrastructure, and application migrations, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Budget and Business Case Management : Engage from the early stages to set up budgets, contribute to business cases, and manage financial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience and Skills Required
- Consultancy Background : Extensive experience working in consultancy environments, managing complex service transformation projects for a range of clients.
- Project Management Expertise : Deep experience managing service transformation projects, particularly in operations and service design.
- Technical Understanding : Strong knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, cloud migration, and application services to liaise effectively with technical teams and third-party providers.
