We are seeking an Epic Project Manager for a contract with our hospital client. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing an Epic upgrade project.
Required Skills:
- 10+ years of healthcare project management and EHR / Epic implementation experience
- Proven leadership and experience with more than three (3) enterprise Epic implementations
- Current or previously held Epic certifications
- Proven leadership and experience with developing EHR implementation project plans (scope, timelines, resources, and budget)
- Strong understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical operations, and IT strategy
- Both agile and waterfall experience
- PMP certification but not required
- Epic certifications but not required
- Clinical Applications project experience (this is not a technical PM role)
- Hospital experience required
- Hospital merger experience a plus
