A unique opportunity has arisen to join a design-led, boutique developer in Central London as a Project Manager in their newly established in-house architecture team. As the Project Manager, you will bring a strong architectural background, a passion for housing projects, and experience across all RIBA stages, along with excellent presentation and writing skills. With a robust pipeline of major London-based projects, you will support the design team in delivering high-quality schemes. This is a great opportunity to join a company in an exciting growth phase, allowing you to make a meaningful impact and contribute to its ambitious vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead design-led housing projects through stages 0 – 7
- Manage and contribute deliverables
- Assist with planning applications
- Develop design solutions
- Coordination with multi-disciplinary team
- Production of packages for planning, tender and construction
- Oversee construction on-site
Key Skills/Requirements:
- Excellent design / technical knowledge and experience
- ARB Registered Architect with 5+ years’ experience
- Project management experience specifically in housing
- Demonstrate a sound knowledge of UK construction and building legislation
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Excellent software skills including Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong coordination experience and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary contractors
