Job Description
About the role of Project Director: Exciting Project Director opportunity in North West London for a leading residential developer. Working on a 2000+ unit, RC frame apartment scheme, overseeing the whole build process. This would be a multi-phased scheme, starting with 400 RC frame apartments with commercial spaces.
You would be the lead on the project, overseeing the whole build process from groundworks to handover. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established company, who look after their staff, have a great pipeline of work and always look to progress from within.
Responsibilities for Project Director:
- Understand the whole build process from groundworks to handover.
- Manage a team of Managers.
- Help implement new procedures.
