About the Role

As the Pavement Team Leader , you will:

• Lead a talented consultancy team, delivering bespoke pavement designs and specifications.
• Manage technical and forensic investigations to evaluate and improve pavement performance.
• Oversee project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Drive innovation in pavement design, construction techniques, and sustainability practices.
• Provide technical leadership and ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
• Support business development and represent the company at industry events.

What You’ll Bring

• A degree in engineering or a related scientific discipline.
• Chartered Membership (or working towards) of the Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE).
• In-depth knowledge of pavement materials, evaluation, maintenance, and lifecycle costing.
• Experience in pavement condition surveys, asset management, and design standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a collaborative approach.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
