Heavy Plant Engineer
Location: Aberdeen
Salary: £18ph to £20ph + Overtime (OTE £65,000+) + Van + Incredible Benefits
NEOS Engineering is currently working with one of the UK’s largest plant manufacturers who are looking for a Plant fitter. They specialize in heavy plant equipment all across the world and are seeking a mobile plant fitter based in Cannock. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Plant fitter who has experience working on construction machinery to gain industry training while also wanting more overtime and responsibility.
The ideal Plant fitter is a candidate who has their NVQ or equivalent in plant mechanics to carry out service, maintenance, and repair of all types of construction plant machinery. The candidate will be confident working alone and be able to think on their feet.
The day-to-day role of the Mobile Plant fitter involves traveling across Aberdeen to attend to machines that are out on hire. The role can vary from routine services to breakdowns, and your responsibility is to get the customer’s machine back up and running as quickly as possible.

The Candidate:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plant Engineering / Land-based engineering
- 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Eager to receive overtime and progression
- Full Driving licence
