The Role
We are seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to lead our team of managers and supervisors at a busy, family-focused attraction on the outskirts of Bristol. This is a high-volume, multi-outlet food operation, requiring a strategic and hands-on leader to drive performance, maintain quality, and maximise revenue during peak times.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of managers and supervisors to deliver outstanding food service across multiple outlets.
- Ensure food quality and service standards, creating a fantastic experience for visitors.
- Manage margins, costs, and stock control to drive profitability.
- Implement and maintain robust processes to ensure smooth operations, especially during peak periods to enable the team to scale up with demand.
- Ensure full compliance with food safety, health & safety, and company policies.
