Niche South East London consultancy requires a Chartered (or near) Senior Structural Engineer to join the small but very busy and expanding London studio.
Candidates will need to be Chartered (or near) with IStructE and/or ICE and will be positioned as No. 2 in the business supporting the Director in the running of the technical and project-side of the business. They should be technically strong as well as being design-focused and feel comfortable working with top-quality local Architects.
Current workload is a diverse mixture of both new-build and refurbishments with project values up to £15 million in residential (Private & Developer-led), commercial, leisure and high-end retail across London.
Top base salary and good benefits combined with a very flexible WFH policy that allows 4 days per week post-probation in a relaxed design studio working on challenging projects.
