Job Title: Mechanical Site Supervisor
Rate: Up to £425, dependent on experience
Location: Close to Derby
Type: Contract
About the Role:
Our client is looking to strengthen their Construction team with a Mechanical Site Supervisor. You will report directly to the Senior Site Manager, ensuring that all mechanical site activities are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for supervising works, maintaining compliance with specifications, and ensuring all Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) are completed as work progresses.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Site Manager in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees, supply chain partners, and visitors.
- Ensure that all HS&E documents are recorded, reviewed, and kept up to date.
- Check that all relevant documents adequately describe the work to be carried out.
- Review and provide feedback on Method Statements and Work Instructions in line with the Project Execution Plan.
- Supervise works to ensure compliance with Method Statements and Risk Assessments.
- Record progress on record drawings or other suitable means when required.
- Document all non-conformance and improvement opportunities and agree on corrective actions.
- Control and oversee Inspection & Test Plans for all mechanical works.

- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
