Salary: £275 per day

Contract Type: Permanent / Full-Time

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems, specifically within data centre environments. This is a client-facing role, requiring a professional who can manage complex projects, maintain strong stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful delivery of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee end-to-end project delivery for M&E installations within data centres.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
3. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to achieve successful outcomes.
4. Work closely with engineering teams, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
5. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
6. Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies.
7. Report on project progress, KPIs, and financial performance to senior management.

Required Experience & Skills:

1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in M&E within data centre environments.
2. Strong understanding of critical infrastructure, power, cooling, and security systems.
3. Experience managing projects from inception to completion, including budget control and risk management.
4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a track record of working in client-facing roles.
5. Knowledge of relevant compliance and industry regulations.
6. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Relevant project management qualifications (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) are desirable.
