Job Description
Lead Field Engineer
Hybrid Working – London
High Street Banking
Lorien’s leading banking client is looking for an experienced Lead Field Engineer with experience in leading teams and working with stakeholders, and strong experience of working with Power Platform on an initial 6-month contract.
This role is based in London.
This role will be Inside IR35 Via Umbrella.
Working in a Hybrid Model of 1-2 days a week on site.
Key Skills and Experiences
- Field Engineering Lead: Manage Software Engineers representing the EE CRM/Low Code CoE.
- Oversee the delivery of software rapidly and of high quality which adds value to the business and aligns to bank standards, patterns, and guardrails.
- Manage the supply of engineers to projects in line with budget and headcount constraints.
- Liaise with business stakeholders, principal engineers, and architects in the domain to shape and successfully deliver projects.
- Collaborate with Principal Engineers to understand the wider Platform, Domain, and Enterprise agendas and support the realization of these.
Key Skills:
- Expert level skill in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft Azure, .NET, SQL, HTML5, CSS.
- People management.
