We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team on a Data Centre project in Wales, UK.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Electrical Engineering function for the project, providing weekly reports to the Project Director and Client.
  • Ensure technical compliance and oversee the handover process with complete and accurate documentation.
  • Review and issue Technical Submittals in line with project specifications.
  • Oversee and issue RFIs as required.
  • Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers & Package Managers.
  • Engage with the supply chain and vendors.
  • Communicate technical issues effectively with the project management team.
  • Monitor and review engineering progress throughout the project.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
  • Proven experience in a similar role.
  • Data Centre experience (Hyper Scale).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, CMMS systems).
