We are currently recruiting for an Electrical Engineering Lead to join our team on a Data Centre project in Wales, UK.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the Electrical Engineering function for the project, providing weekly reports to the Project Director and Client.
- Ensure technical compliance and oversee the handover process with complete and accurate documentation.
- Review and issue Technical Submittals in line with project specifications.
- Oversee and issue RFIs as required.
- Lead and manage a team of Electrical Engineers & Package Managers.
- Engage with the supply chain and vendors.
- Communicate technical issues effectively with the project management team.
- Monitor and review engineering progress throughout the project.
What We’re Looking For:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a relevant discipline.
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Data Centre experience (Hyper Scale).
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Excel (advanced), Word, PowerPoint, CMMS systems).
