Interim Retrofit Works Project Manager

Braxfield Recruitment are delighted to advertise an exciting new role on behalf of our client: a leading G15 Housing Association. Our client is looking for an interim Retrofit Works Project Manager to join the asset management delivery team. The interim Retrofit Works Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of large scale retrofit programmes across organisational stock.

Key Responsibilities

1. Leading the successful planning, controlling and monitoring of projects to ensure they are delivered to budget, timescale and quality.
2. Liaising with sub-contractors and other key stakeholders.
3. Developing a good understanding of customer needs and requirements and working towards achieving them.
4. Reporting project progress through meetings, reports and presentations.
5. Identifying and suggesting areas for improvement and cost savings.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to join a leading Housing Association and make a real difference to the comfort and safety of the community. The role is offering a £400 per day umbrella rate.
