Job Title: Industrial Maintenance – Senior Technician
Summary:
Perform advanced maintenance on production equipment, troubleshoot complex issues, lead improvement projects, and mentor technicians. Ensure machine reliability and minimize downtime while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advanced Troubleshooting & Repair: Independently resolve complex equipment problems and perform preventative maintenance.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Train and guide junior technicians, lead improvement projects, and organize team activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement solutions to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize PLC programming, technical documentation, and maintenance software (Maximo).
- Collaboration: Work with engineering, quality control, and vendors to address equipment issues.
- Operational Duties: Manage work orders, order parts, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of technical maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting.
- Strong electrical/mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with PLC programming and maintenance software.
