Head of Pre-Construction Delivery
Rate: £80 per hour
Contract Length: Initial 3 months with the possibility of extension
Our client, a well-established housing partnership, is looking for an experienced Pre-Construction Manager to lead the early phases of their projects. This contract position offers the chance to work on impactful housing refurbishment and construction projects, ensuring everything is in place for seamless delivery.
The Role:
As Pre-Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, procurement, and risk management of projects, ensuring all pre-construction activities are delivered efficiently and in line with stakeholder expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Pre-Construction phase, ensuring projects are fully prepared before construction begins.
