Head of Asset Management, London
The Company
We are recruiting for a London-based investment business with a £1.2bn Residential and Commercial portfolio. The business has a development pipeline of approximately £350m.
The Role
To be based out of the London office and primarily focused on:
- Leading the Residential / Commercial Asset Management function within the Fund, reporting to the Head of Real Estate, managing a small internal team and a range of external property managers.
- Managing property risks, including health and safety and maintenance.
- Providing input to scheme design during new development scheme design stages alongside project teams.
- Overseeing the day-to-day asset management and property management.
- Driving rental income across the portfolio.
- Improving lettings, tenant relations, and engagement.
- Managing the team on a day-to-day basis.
- Conducting regular tenancy inspections to ensure compliance and future planning.
- Seeking asset enhancement opportunities through development and refurbishments.
- Reporting on performance to the board and fund.
You will be:
- An experienced Residential and/or Commercial Asset Management expert.
- A motivated self-starter.
