Job Description

PROJECT MANAGER – Graphics / Office fit outs
FARRINGDON, LONDON
Salary £40k-£45k DOE

My client is a large format print and graphics company in the heart of London. They pride themselves on providing innovative solutions and invest heavily in the latest printing technology. They are looking for a new Project Manager to join their team!

The Role

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of the production process from initial concept through to installation, acting as the main point of contact for the Client.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Take ownership of the delivery of projects – meeting time constraints, budgets and specifications.
  2. Liaise with various levels of contacts from Construction, Print, Installation and Senior Managers.
  3. Agree and plan critical paths – ensuring all milestones are met – providing regular progress reports to the client.
  4. Attend client meetings and briefings with the client – as and when requested – this can include travel across the UK and Europe.
  5. Effectively communicate with Suppliers, Carriers, Couriers and other 3rd Parties.
  6. Attend site surveys.

Essential Skillset

  1. Prior Project Management experience within large format print / signage industry.
  2. Strong understanding and knowledge of large format printing processes.
  3. Awareness of Health and Safety practices including Risk Assessments.
  4. Confident personality – presented in their communication and ability to travel alone across the UK and Europe.
  5. Assertive manner – ability to hold their own to competently manage projects and varying contacts.
  6. Tenacious and thorough – want to complete the task to the best of their ability – willing to go the extra mile.
  7. Driving license.
