To maintain our high standards, we are seeking a General Manager for our Heathrow Airport office.This individual should excel in overseeing business operations, human resources and communications. The ideal candidate will be an expert communicator with a strong ability to delegate responsibility and collaborate across various departments. The General Manager should be driven to lead our business toward maximum productivity and efficiency.
Objectives of this Role
- Develop strategic plans to optimize productivity.

- Identify opportunities for business expansion and growth by cultivating new partnerships.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily airline operations, ensuring efficiency and safety.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry partners.
- Assign weekly performance goals, and ensure their completion while achieving personal objectives.
- Manage the ground operation.
- Ensure compliance with all airline regulations and requirements.
- Monitor and improve operational performance.
- Handle emergency situations and make quick decisions.
- Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to meet goals.
- Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
- Develop, implement, and oversee budgetary and resource allocation plans.
- Delegate responsibilities to the most qualified employees while enforcing policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and quality of the serivice.
- Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved.

- Proven success in an aviation managerial role.

- Comprehensive knowledge of airline regulations and compliance.

- Experience with budget management and cost control.
- Bachelor\’s degree in aviation management, business administration, or related field.
- Experience in conducting performance evaluations.
- Working knowledge of human resource processes.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in airline operations.
