Job Description
Dynamite Recruitment are supporting a Chartered Financial Planning firm on their recruitment of a Financial Services Administrator / Client Relationship Manager on a full-time basis. In this role, you will collaborate with Financial Planners and the wider Team to ensure exceptional client service and communication are provided working to business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client queries, resolving issues promptly.
- Build strong relationships with clients and attend meetings when needed.
- Organize and manage client meetings for a seamless experience.
- Prepare client documentation before and after meetings.
- Manage client needs and expectations to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide ongoing support, keeping clients informed and confident in their financial plans.
- Ensure timely delivery of services as per client agreements.
- Track and address action points from client meetings.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Previous experience within Financial Services, ideally in a wealth management setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and diary management.
- A well-presented, positive, and team-oriented individual.
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday.
Location: Office-based, East Sussex.
