Job Description
General Services Manager – Portsmouth
100% onsite requirement – inside IR35
The General Services Manager will oversee deliverables and projects such as Cleaning, Catering, Grounds Maintenance, and office services to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effectiveness while maintaining customer and stakeholder satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Functionally report directly to the UK Head of General Services, operationally integrating with UK leads (e.g., The UK Waste Lead).
- Be based at Portsmouth, with potential support to other sites and occasional travel.
- Support the management of General Services.
- Deliver directly or support operational services that enable our sites and plants to operate in cooperation with internal and external partners to improve service delivery, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and cost:
- Graphics & Multimedia Administration
- Catering Services & Restaurants
- Cleaning Services
- Waste Management
- Grounds Management
- Transportation Services
- Mailroom Services
