Job Description
An independently owned turn-key contractor who manages the delivery of a wide range of infrastructure solutions on a national and international scale, from simple pipe repair to full-scale building construction. With clients ranging from large corporate private sector clients to MOD, MOJ, and other government bodies. Due to growth within the business, they require an experienced fabric/fit out estimator to join the team.
Your new role
As the lead Estimator, you will be working as part of the fit-out team and will be supporting projects ranging between £50K – £3M, consisting mainly of existing buildings requiring a full refurb into the modern world. The Estimator will need to show evidence they can accurately produce tenders, pitch, and present.
What you’ll need to succeed:
- Demonstrate previous estimating experience for a minimum of 3 years
- Experience with Fit Out projects
- Show evidence of working on high-end/quality projects
- Highly organised
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Provide a hands-on approach
What you’ll get in return:
You will receive a salary of up to £50,000 – £75,000 depending on experience + package including healthcare & pension.
