The Role:

As a Qualified Asbestos Analyst , you will be responsible for carrying out 4-stage clearances and a range of air tests, ensuring compliance with HSG 248 Analyst Guide principles. You will work across a variety of sites, liaising with contractors and maintaining high standards of documentation in line with UKAS procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct 4-stage clearances and air tests, including background, leak, reassurance, visual, re-occupation, and personal air testing .
  • Develop strong working relationships with contractors, clients, and team members .
  • Ensure all administrative and reporting tasks are completed to a high standard in line with UKAS procedures.
  • Maintain a professional approach to all site work, ensuring adherence to health & safety regulations.
  • Pursue ongoing personal development to enhance skills and industry knowledge.

What We’re Looking For:

  • BOHS P403 & P404 (or RSPH equivalent) – Essential.
  • Proven experience in asbestos air-monitoring .
  • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal).
