Job Description

Energy Risk Manager – Permanent Role

We’re hiring an Energy Risk Manager to lead product development, risk management and pricing strategy for a leading energy business.

Key responsibilities :

  • Develop and deliver new energy products to market, working closely with sales, legal, and trading teams.
  • Own pricing models and non-commodity cost methodologies to support accurate quoting and billing.
  • Monitor portfolio risk, product performance, and support strategic planning.
  • Lead and develop a team, driving operational excellence and change.

Experience required:

  • Strong leadership and team development experience
  • Expertise in commodity & non-commodity risk management
  • Knowledge of portfolio risk, forecasting, pricing & market access
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Energy sector experience essential

Location : London or Midlands – Hybrid working (flexible with office requirements)

Salary: £60,000 – £85,000
