A leading global law firm, recognised for its innovative approach and deep sector expertise, is seeking a talented 3+ PQE Lawyer to join its Energy & Infrastructure team in London!

The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to work on some of the most significant energy and infrastructure projects worldwide. The role involves advising on:

  • Major energy and infrastructure transactions, including M&A, project development, and joint ventures.
  • Regulatory and commercial matters within the energy, renewables, and utilities sectors.
  • Financing and structuring of large-scale projects, including public-private partnerships (PPPs).
  • Supporting clients through the energy transition, with a focus on decarbonisation and sustainable investment.

About You
We are looking for a lawyer with:

  • At least 3 years\’ post-qualification experience in energy, infrastructure, and/or project finance.
  • A strong background in transactional and regulatory work within the sector.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
