Company Description:

• An established and reputable consultancy is now looking to add to their team to work on site on a multi storey commercial office project.

Role Description:

• Act as the Employers Agent on a major Design & Build (D&B) project, ensuring compliance with the contract.
• Manage contract administration, reporting, and handling instructions efficiently.
• Oversee quality management and assurance, conducting regular checks and audits.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.
• Monitor and control project costs, ensuring budgets remain on track.
• Lead client and stakeholder communications, providing regular progress updates.
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project continuity and compliance.
• Ensure all legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations are met throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Employers Agent or Project Manager in real estate projects.
• Strong experience of contract admin, particularly D&B contracts.
• Proven experience of working in a project consultancy.
• Experience managing large-scale commercial projects in the UK.
• Experience of reporting, change control and dealing with instructions, managing quality and checkers.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including contractors and consultants.
• Proficient in reporting, contract changes, and project instructions.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
