Job Description
NEW HOT JOB with an Employee Owned / B Corp accredited practice in London. I’m looking for an experienced Project Architect to join their team and lead exciting, impactful projects in the heritage sector.
The successful candidate will prepare and develop drawings, images and other documents relating to design and technical delivery of projects covering all RIBA stages. Heritage experience is essential (ideally in the residential sector).
As an employee-owned practice , they are committed to creating an environment where everyone has a meaningful stake in the practice’s future.
Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-6 years’ post Part 3 experience, particularly in the heritage sector .
- Proven experience in project team leadership and project delivery .
- A high level of design ability , including bespoke detailing and a strong understanding of technical design .
- Excellent graphic skills and a solid foundation in 3D design .
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential (experience with Revit is a bonus).
- A confident, approachable personality with a strong team ethos.
