Job Description
Avanti Recruitment is looking for an Electronics Manager to join an established, engineering-driven R+D company in the Milton Keynes area. You’ll be responsible for driving cross-functional innovation, working with firmware, electronic, mechanical, and software engineers on 10 concurrent projects, bridging the gap between hardware, software, and firmware development. You’d start with a team of 2 direct reports, which over time will grow, along with your responsibilities, as we’re looking for people who want to grow with a company and who want to leave their mark.
Skills/Experience
We’re looking for confident people who can speak technically to the team and stakeholders, so someone who has spent 5 years+ in an electronic engineering/embedded firmware development role, and 2+ years in a project management role. Evidence of recent technical discussion and working with multi-disciplinary engineering teams is essential. Evidence of implementing new processes and methodologies, and delivering projects on-time is also required.
There’s tonnes on offer including the chance to shape the role into your own over time, manage larger projects consisting of multi-disciplined engineers, and the potential of leaving your mark on an established company. There’s a salary between £70-80k on offer + benefits including enhanced pension contribution, annual profit-share bonus, hybrid working options, and more.
