Job Description
We are seeking an Electronic Engineer with 2-3 years post-graduate experience who wants the opportunity to further develop their career to become a Test Development Engineer. The main function of the role will be the design and development of electronic test applications for functional testing, which will include testing of hardware and software.
- Program testing with LabView / TestStand (training provided)
- Commissioning of test applications
- Design and development of electronic test applications for functional test
- Commissioning of test applications on-site
You will currently be working in an electronic manufacturing environment within R&D, Test Engineering, or as a Functional Development Engineer, educated to degree level in Electrical/Electronic Engineering with 2-3 years post-degree experience. LabView / TestStand knowledge is beneficial.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree educated in Electronic Engineering
- Knowledge of Instrumentation hardware and software
- Development of equipment interfaces, test system architecture, and electronic, electro-mechanical engineering
- Functional test applications beneficial
- Read schematics
- Components level test
- Eligible criteria to obtain SC (Security Clearance)
- Driving licence and transport
