Job Description
TXM Recruit is working in partnership with an award-winning organisation on an exciting new project in Northamptonshire and parts of the Midlands. They are looking for an experienced Electrical Qualifying Supervisor to become part of an ever expanding and skilled team, working across social housing, public, and commercial sectors.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Inspect Electrical certification issued by our onsite electricians and advise as to corrective action if required.
- Completing Minor Works, Installation and Periodic Certificates on completion of any electrical installation, alterations, or periodic testing.
- Annually completing NICEIC approved contractor Assessment visits.
- Advise Site Supervisors and Engineers on any technical/electrical matters, typically NICEIC requirements on projects, planning maintenance and reactive jobs.
- To carry out health and safety audits on Engineers.
- Providing weekly reports on completed works.
Hours: Monday – Friday – 40 hours per week.
Starting salary: £42,000 Per annum + package
REQUIREMENTS
- C&G 2360 Pt 1 & Pt 2. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
- C&G (2394 & 2395) or 2391 Testing and inspection.
- Electrical qualifications to meet QS requirements for NICEIC Approved Contractor.
- Previous experience as NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor (desirable).
- Great written and verbal communication skills.
- Full UK driving Licence.
- ECS Card.
