RCM Ltd are partnering with a privately owned Building Services contractor located within the East Midlands. They specialise in MEP installations within the commercial, distribution/logistic, educational, residential, and leisure sectors.
We are looking to speak with experienced Electrical Project Managers and Electrical Project Engineers who would like the opportunity to work on Electrical projects from cradle to grave.
Responsibilities:- MEP Installations & ensuring that they are completed to specification and high standards
- Managing the team to meet deadlines and ensure a successful handover
- Reporting into the Director on a weekly basis
- Provide estimates for potential tender opportunities
- Overlooking the project from inception through to handover
- Ensuring that materials are ordered and on site to limit delays to the MEP Installation/project
- Managing direct staff and subcontractors
- Previous experience in working for an MEP / Building Services Contractor, with some estimating experience
- NVQ in Mechanical Engineering or HNC / HND in Building Services Engineering
- CSCS Card
