Electrical Engineering Team Leader
Permanent – Nottingham
Salary: Up to £45k
We are seeking a hands-on Electrical Engineering Team Leader to manage and support the on-site engineering team, ensuring smooth operations, minimising breakdowns, and maintaining compliance with Health & Safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the engineering team, ensuring efficient operations.
- Oversee maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair activities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and company standards.
- Manage contractors and liaise with suppliers.
- Coach, mentor, and motivate the team.
- Monitor and improve equipment performance and maintenance planning.
Requirements:
- Electrical bias with control skills (networking skills desirable).
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing/production environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
