E-Commerce Specialist - SFCC - Hybrid (West London) - £30-35k

Job Description

The Developer Link is currently partnered with a large global retail brand who are looking to add an E-Commerce Specialist to the team. This role will play a crucial role in shaping the online shopping experience for their customers. Based in West London, with hybrid working (2-3 days in-office), you’ll work with a talented team to drive sales and deliver engaging e-commerce content on Salesforce Commerce Cloud.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage product catalogs, descriptions, images, and metadata for optimal display.
2. Execute promotional campaigns, create banners, and maintain up-to-date site content.
3. Analyse site performance using tools like Google Analytics to inform decisions.
4. Optimise content for SEO and perform basic HTML/CSS edits as needed.
5. Collaborate across teams to align on branding, technical enhancements, and content quality.

About You:

1. 1+ years in e-commerce or digital merchandising.
2. Knowledge of Salesforce Commerce Cloud or similar.
3. HTML/CSS skills.
4. Knowledge of SEO principles.
5. Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
6. Proficiency in analytics tools to drive data-driven improvements.
