Elite have exclusively partnered with an international streetwear brand, who are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Design Manager to lead and manage their creative team in delivering high-quality visual designs that align with the brand and business objectives. You will collaborate closely with design, production, and creative teams to ensure timely project delivery and seamless execution of all design assets.

Role responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, inspire and motivate the Graphics team
  • Work closely with the Design Manager to understand project requirements, objectives, and manage graphic timelines for each season and project
  • Collaborate with the Production Team on licensing projects, requirements and deadlines
  • Research with the Graphics team to develop and implement Seasonal Graphics Overviews
  • Graphic design for Mainline, Cobranded (when needed) and Licensing projects
  • Act as the main point of contact for external graphic designers
  • Review and approve final graphics, working closely with the Creative Director
  • Maintain a digital asset management system to organize and archive design files
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new design techniques, and tools to enhance the team's creative output and efficiency
